I've made a purchase, why can't I see my points?
If you've made an online order, the points are given when the order is picked up. If you've bought something at the store, it may just be a delay in the system, check again in a few minutes. If after a day you still do not see your points, contact us.
Once I have reached a tier, how do I stay in it?
To stay in the tier, you must make a purchase every month.
What happens if I don't meet the requirements to stay in the tier?
You are downgraded to the previous tier, and you must make at least one purchase every month to stay in it, otherwise you are downgraded again.
I have been downgraded, how do I re-upgrade?
The requirements to re-upgrade are the same as the requirements to upgrade: spend the amount required.
I have upgraded! How much must I spend to reach the next tier?
You must spend the difference between your current level and the next level. This means:
From Silver to Gold: You must spend 800$
From Gold to VIP: You must spend 1000$
There is no time limit to spend the amount required, but you must at least make one purchase per month in order to stay in the current tier, for the possibility to upgrade to the next one.
Are there exclusions to the products eligible for points?
The courses and workshops, gift cards, and garage sale items are not eligible for points. We may choose to exclude some items exceptionally.
Purchases paid with gift cards are eligible for points, unless the purchased items are not eligible.
What happens if I return products for a refund?
Points will be discounted, and you can reach a negative balance.
Do points expire?
Points do not expire unless your account shows complete inactivity for 12 months, in which case we reserve the right to revoke your earned points.
I have enough points for a discount, what now?
From the widget located in the bottom-right corner (an oval with a crown and the word "Points" on it), click on "Redeem points" and then on "Points for discounts". Pick the amount of points to redeem and click on "Redeem."
The generated coupons are saved to your account, you don't have to write them down. You can find them in the widget under "My coupons."
Please note: you may experience a delay between the moment you redeem your points and the moment you see the points deducted from your balance.
I've redeemed my points and I have a discount code, how do I use it?
You can now use these codes on the checkout page, in the discount/gift card field.
You can also use them in store, just let our employee know when you are ready to pay; your coupons are accessible through our payment system too.
I've redeemed my points for discount coupons, do these expire?
Discount coupons/codes expire 1 year after you get them.
