Refund policy

• Scrap en masse wants to make your purchasing experience a pleasant one. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you must return your order due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship, we will gladly accept the return of the product(s). Mistakes made when filling the orders resulting in the shipment of incorrect products will also be exchanged or the items not received will be refunded.

To return products that are defective or sent by error

• Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
• You are entitled to a refund or an exchanged for defective and/or wrongly sent goods.
  Claims must be made within 14 working days from the date you receive the product for an exchange or full refund. Contact us by email at info@scrapenmasse.com or by telephone at 1-613-673-5456. Please quote the order number.  A prepaid postage label will be emailed to you for all returns. Refunds should be made  within 30 days. Items returned without first making a request will not be accepted. Scrap en masse reserves the right to fully refund a wrongly sent item or exchange the product. The decision to exchange or refund will depend on the situation and remains at Scrap en masse's discression.

To return products you ordered in error

• Returns for products ordered in error will be allowed at the discretion of Scrap en masse. Return shipping costs will be at customer"s expense. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase along with a request for refund must be submited within 14 working days from the date you received the product or 30 days from the date the order was placed, whichever comes first.
• Please send an email to info@scrapenmasse.com or contact us by phone at 1-613-673-5456 for these types of returns.. Items returned to us  without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.  It's the clients responsibility to assume all shipping costs and any risk of loss or damage when returning the goods. Please ensure to get adequate postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when Scrap en masse is at fault. In those situations, Scrap en masse will refund your shipping costs when we process your refund or exchange. 

Returned items

• These terms apply to an order placed at this time. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time. Do not assume that the same terms will automatically apply in the future. None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to the minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift certificate or gift cards.

Exchanges

• The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be  refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
